You control a stick figure navigating deadly obstacle courses with spikes, saws, lasers, crushing platforms, timed gates, and more. Each level has multiple acts with checkpoints. The movement system includes running with momentum, variable-height jumping, sliding under obstacles, wall jumping, and swimming. New features include ghost replays, additional collectibles, auto-scrolling and chase sequences, and a level editor in some versions. Acts become progressively harder, requiring perfect timing and precision. Hidden stars remain as optional collection challenges.
